Privacy Policy
VoltType Offline is built so there is almost nothing to collect. This page says exactly what does and doesn't happen to your data.

The short version
Your dictation — the audio you speak and the text it becomes — is processed entirely on your own device and is never sent to us or anyone else. There is no server that receives it. That is the whole point of the product.
The dictation itself (desktop app & in-browser demo)
- Audio is transcribed on your device by an open-source speech model that also runs on your device.
- We do not receive, store, log, or transmit your audio or transcribed text. It never leaves the machine — you can verify this by turning Wi-Fi off and continuing to dictate.
- The AI model is downloaded once from a public model library and then stored locally; the file is identical for every user and contains no personal data.
This demo website
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless: it records anonymous, aggregate visit counts (page views, approximate country, referrer). It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and cannot see your dictation.
- The demo stores a few items in your own browser (your language choice, whether the demo AI is loaded, an access flag). These stay on your device; the “Reset demo” link removes them.
If you contact us
- When you use the “Get the desktop app” form, the details you choose to enter (email, and optionally name, phone, company, profession, message) are sent to us by email so we can reply and set you up. We use them only to respond to your enquiry.
- We don't sell or share your contact details.
Your rights
Because the product processes nothing on our side, there is no dictation data for us to hold, export, or delete. For any contact details you sent us by email, you can ask us to delete them at any time — write to crcaway@gmail.com.
